PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: May 7, 2026
SUMMARY
No cookies. No tracking. No analytics. No personal data collected.
We store token metadata you submit (name, symbol, image). Your wallet address is public blockchain data.
That is the entire privacy story.
1. Who We Are
The MfT Unruggable Launcher is operated by memefortrees.base.eth ("MfT," "we," "us"). The Service is a client-side web application that interfaces with smart contracts on the Base blockchain. Our mission is to fund environmental impact through DeFi.
2. What We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service:
- Wallet addresses: Your public wallet address is read when you connect your wallet. Wallet addresses are public blockchain data visible to anyone. We do not store wallet addresses beyond what is publicly available on-chain.
- Token metadata: When you launch a token, the name, symbol, description, and image you provide are stored on our server via API and made publicly available. This data is necessary for wallets, aggregators, and explorers to display your token correctly.
- Server logs: Standard web server access logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamps) may be retained for up to 30 days for security monitoring and debugging.
3. What We Do Not Collect
- No personal information: We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or any personally identifying information.
- No cookies: The Service does not set any cookies on your browser.
- No tracking: We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking of any kind.
- No analytics: We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or any analytics service. There are no analytics scripts on the site.
- No private keys: We never have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. All transaction signing happens locally in your wallet.
4. On-Chain Data Is Public
All transactions on the Base blockchain are inherently public and permanent. This includes:
- Your wallet address and all transactions associated with it.
- Token launches, including the token contract address, supply, seed amount, and reactor addresses.
- All liquidity pool interactions and reactor executions.
This data is recorded on a public blockchain and is visible to anyone, regardless of whether you use our Service. MfT has no ability to delete, modify, or hide on-chain data.
5. How We Use Data
- Token metadata: Displayed on the launcher gallery, served via API to wallets and aggregators, and used to generate social sharing previews (Open Graph).
- Server logs: Used solely for security monitoring, rate limiting, and debugging. Never shared with third parties for marketing or advertising.
- Blockchain data: Read from the public Base blockchain via RPC to display token information, reactor status, and liquidity data in the launcher interface.
6. Data Storage
Token metadata and uploaded images are stored on our server infrastructure (Hostinger VPS). Server logs are stored temporarily. We do not sell, rent, share, or provide your data to third parties for marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service interacts with the following third-party systems, each with its own privacy practices:
- Base blockchain (via RPC providers) — transactions are processed and permanently stored on the public blockchain.
- Uniswap V3 — liquidity pools are created on Uniswap's decentralized protocol.
- Your wallet provider (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rabby, etc.) — handles transaction signing locally on your device.
- Supabase — token launch records stored in a database for gallery display.
8. Your Rights
On-chain transactions are immutable and cannot be deleted by anyone. For off-chain data:
- You may request correction or removal of token metadata (name, description, image) by contacting us.
- Note that metadata removal may degrade the display of your token in wallets and explorers.
- Server logs are automatically purged after 30 days.
9. Security
We employ reasonable security measures including rate limiting, input validation, and access controls on our API and server infrastructure. However, no system is perfectly secure. The smart contracts themselves are the primary trust layer — they are immutable and verified on Basescan.
10. Children
The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve. The latest version is always available at this URL. We will not retroactively change how we handle data already collected.
