By accessing or using the MfT Unruggable Launcher ("Service"), operated by memefortrees.base.eth ("MfT," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service provides a smart-contract interface for deploying ERC-20 tokens on the Base blockchain with permanently locked liquidity. Specifically:
The Service interacts with immutable smart contracts. Once a token is launched, neither MfT nor anyone else can modify, pause, or reverse the transaction.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use decentralized finance protocols in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.
THIS IS EXPERIMENTAL SOFTWARE. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Smart contracts are unaudited. Blockchain technology, decentralized finance, and token launches carry inherent technical and financial risks. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens launched through this Service are not securities, are not endorsed by MfT, and carry no guarantee of value. Token launches involve significant risk, including total loss of funds. Consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.
MfT does not endorse, guarantee, or make any representations about any token launched through the Service. The Service is a neutral tool. The name, symbol, image, description, and any claims made about a launched token are the sole responsibility of the person who launched it. MfT is not responsible for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal tokens created by third parties.
Launching a token requires a USDC seed deposit (minimum $1). This deposit is used entirely to create liquidity pools and fund the CHAR carbon reactor. Revenue is generated from launch fees and reactor processing fees. Network gas fees are paid separately to the Base blockchain and are non-refundable.
ALL LIQUIDITY LOCKS ARE PERMANENT AND IRREVERSIBLE. The SporeReactor contracts have no function to withdraw, remove, or transfer locked LP positions. There is no mechanism for refunds. By launching a token, you acknowledge and accept that your seed USDC and all resulting liquidity positions are permanently and irrevocably committed.
All actions on the blockchain are final. Once a token is launched:
The smart contract source code is open-source and verified on Basescan. You retain ownership of any content (images, descriptions) you upload. By uploading content, you grant MfT a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the platform and via API for wallet and aggregator display.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MFT AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF FUNDS, TOKEN VALUE DEPRECIATION, SMART CONTRACT BUGS OR VULNERABILITIES, BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK ISSUES, REGULATORY ACTIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MfT and its contributors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, tokens you launch, or your violation of these Terms.
MfT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. Existing smart contracts on the blockchain will continue to function regardless of the status of the Service frontend. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
The Service operates on the Base blockchain (an Ethereum Layer 2 network). These Terms are not governed by the laws of any specific jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to you. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version is always available at this URL.
